  • In our private sessions, you’ll receive customized guidance and a workout designed just for you. Whether you’re building strength, improving posture, or recovering from an injury, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

  • Our reformer Group classes combine the precision of Pilates reformer work with functional movement and strength training. Each class is designed to build stability, flexibility, and endurance - leaving you feeling centered, strong, and renewed.

  • For those wanting to incorporate Pilates into their home workouts ~ this is for you ~ Balance, Movement, Stretching, Core and Strength are broken down into 15 min segments that can be done as a mix-n-match or as a quick exercise routine.

  • Self-paced digital course (4-6 weeks)

    Incorporating Mentorship and Pilates. Including core, visioning exercises and body-mind connection.

  • 12-week curriculum. Movement and integration sessions. Including Private 1:1 sessions

  • 6–12 month private mentorship or intimate mastermind (small group)

    With ongoing accountability, and support calls. Customized Pilates program, and access to all other programs with priority access to Cherese.
